The Resource Exchange (TRE), serves over 9,000 infants, children, teenagers, adults, and seniors in El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties, coordinating access to and delivery of Medicaid waiver and state-funded services for individuals with disabilities and other needs.
