ResourceList.org | updated monthly:
- 1st of the month: We send all subscribing members an updated PDF with yellow-highlighted changes.
- Then, we update the database with any corrections reported to us.
- Mid-month: We send email update requests with a PDF proof of your listing and update contacts and descriptions to ensure that every listing is kept up to date for any facility, listing, or business willing to provide us with updated information.
- We begin updating all changes on the 25th of the month before completing the Update PDF.
Medicare.gov | Colorado Springs, CO.
- Primary Care Physicians (PCPs): Although we do not include physician information in the Resource List, we would like to provide a direct link here. (click anywhere on this sentence)
- Hospitals: Medicare.gov includes subcategories such as Psychiatric, VA, and Long-term Care Hospitals.
- (Skilled) Nursing Facilities | SNF: Medicare.gov refers to them as Nursing Homes, but they are referred to as Skilled Nursing Facilities herein.

Medicaid.gov | Info on stand-alone websites
- Find a Doctor | PCP: HealthFirstColorado.com offers the best search experience with filters for Find Provider by Type, Specialty, and Health Plan. While we still do not include doctors in the Resource List, the list is available here for reference.
- cdphe.colorado.gov | CDPHE: The Colorado Department of Health and Environment offers search features, including tabs on the search spreadsheet that provide access to the history of citations, reports, and more.
“The Yellow Book” updates are added each year.
Although the Yellow Book is not part of the Resource List, it is a valuable local resource, so we provide links here as well. Additionally, most listings in the Yellow Book are updated on this site to provide further assistance.
The same resource has been managed by the UCCS Gerontology Department since 1997, and the pricing has remained unchanged.
