Serving Park County seniors 60+. Provides programs for transportation, meals, homemaking, chore, case management and reassurance.
Provides Park County Senior Coalition clients frozen and shelf stable meals delivered to each main community once a month. Freezers stocked with frozen meals in several communities available for pickup.
Mileage reimbursement for seniors 60+ to be driven to medical appointments or grocery shopping.
