The Aspen at Woodland Park

The Aspen is a single level, 21 suite, 55+ residential, senior community. Prices range from $ 4800-$7200 all inclusive; meals, laundry, housekeeping, medications management, ECHO call system, from scratch meals, hydration bar, The Aspen hour every Friday, low staff to resident ratio (one REP per 7-8 residents), and an overseeing RN for medication review and alternative therapy considerations. We welcome small/medium pets. We offer balance, strengthening and nutrition classes. We encourage and support independence and autonomy in a healthful, natural, environment. We are 420 friendly. Tours daily 10am – 6pm. Stop in and enjoy an incredible, homemade meal with us or a hot cup of coffee and a homemade goodie.
